3. Reading of last years annual meeting

4. Roll call

5. Proof of posting (Town hall, Website)

6.Review the Grant County Matching Road Fund and act

7. Allow and act on allowing the Board Members to borrow money at anytime

8. Authorize the Town Board to excerise powers of the Township board under 60.22(3) Wis. Stats

9. Adopt the monthly pay for the Chairman and Board Members

10. Adopt the monthly pay to the Treasurer and the Clerk

11. Set date for next annual meeting: April 21st, 2026

12. Adjournment
